Plans change. Cancelling takes a few seconds, and your credit comes back.
There is one simple rule. Cancel more than 12 hours before your class and the credit goes straight back to your balance, ready to spend on another class. Cancel inside the last 12 hours and the credit is used, though you can still cancel so the spot opens up for someone else. If you get stuck, message us on WhatsApp and we will sort it for you.
More than 12 hours before
Cancel it yourself and the credit returns to your balance straight away. Use it on any class you like.
Inside the last 12 hours
You can still cancel, and please do so the spot frees up. The credit is used in this case.
How to cancel
1. Sign in at puracommunity.com with the email you booked with.
2. Open My account and find the class under Upcoming.
3. Press Cancel. Your credit balance updates immediately.
Want to move to a different class? Cancel the one you have and book the new one with the credit that comes back. There is no separate transfer step any more.
